Welcome to Sixth Form
Sixth Form is potentially one of the most crucial parts of a person's education. It helps to define your personality and character; it's a time when you're discovering a sense of direction and purpose, and more importantly, a time when you're beginning to allow your individuality to shine through.
Through the exceptional teaching and support of the tutors at Tudor Hall, our Sixth Formers are challenged to strive to become experts in their chosen fields of study. They are encouraged to develop their independence and cultivate a passion for their subjects beyond the curriculum.
The Sixth Form isn't all hard work and no play. Whilst a strong work ethic is vital, it is equally important to take advantage of the abundance of activities that exist outside the classroom. The varied and extensive co-curricular programme at Tudor Hall has something for everyone but should a particular passion not have provision, girls are encouraged and supported to start it from scratch.
Sport plays a significant part of school life and this remains true of the Sixth Form. Whether girls want to represent the school in a sport or simply enjoy physical activity there are many opportunities available to them.
The Sixth Form holds a heightened status within the school and as such there is more freedom. However, with privilege comes responsibility. Our Sixth Formers play a vital role within school and beyond, they are role models and leaders who are looked up to by the younger years.
We are dedicated to ensuring that all our Sixth Formers fulfil their potential, have goals and ambitions and are happy and successful whilst at school. We also wish to help them develop those important characteristics, morals and values that will underpin their future lives. We want them to become young women to whom we look up to, someone we will want to say we taught - and of whom we will be incredibly proud.
